We had breakfast at Watertable while staying at the Hyatt Huntington Beach, and it ended up being one of our favorite meals of the trip. The steak and eggs were fantastic, and the huevos rancheros were just as good. Everything came out fresh and was cooked perfectly. Josh was our server, and he really made the experience. He took the time to tell us about the restaurant, explained the water filtration system, walked us through the menu, and gave us some great recommendations. You could tell he genuinely cared about making sure we had a great meal. What stood out most was how attentive he was. We never had to ask for a refill or anything else because he was always one step ahead, checking in with a smile and making sure we had everything we needed. He even offered to take a picture of us without us asking, which was a thoughtful gesture and made the morning even more memorable. Josh was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he does. Please recognize him for the outstanding service he provided. Employees like him are a big reason people come back.

We had a wonderful experience here. The food was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully on the plate. The bone marrow with the toasted bread was a standout for me. I also really enjoyed the steak served with the smooth mashed potatoes and a flavorful sauce. Everything tasted fresh, and the atmosphere was perfect for a nice meal out. We will definitely be back.

OUTSTANDING! Food + Service + Atmosphere = 💯 My initial impression was slightly underwhelming, as there was no hostess at the entrance and the couple ahead of us had to flag down a staff member for assistance. However, the staff apologized for the wait, seated us promptly, and both the waitress and waiter who attended our table were attentive throughout the evening. We ordered the lobster bisque as an appetizer and steak for our entrée, and we were completely blown away. Every dish was beautifully presented like a work of art and tasted absolutely superb. The atmosphere is beautiful, calm, and relaxing, with cozy heated lamps and comfortable seating that made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be returning to try more items from the menu.

WaterTable did NOT come to play… they came to impress. 🍽️✨ From the oysters to the lobster to the “I’m-going-to-think-about-this-later” desserts—every single plate was a moment. The presentation? Stunning. The flavors? Out here making bold life choices. And Brandon… give that man a raise immediately. 👏 He was attentive without hovering, knew the menu like a pro, and somehow made the whole experience feel effortless and fun. The kind of service that makes you want to stay longer and order “just one more thing” (which we obviously did). Between the food, the drinks, and the vibe, this was a full experience—not just dinner. Already planning my return!

We reserved at 5:30pm, arrived at 5 The valets were polite and very nice, also very young. Although we arrived half an hour early, they didn't make us wait. We were able to watch the sun fall from the clouds into the sea as we wait for our main dish. We ordered a share bone marrow, alongside our choice of sea bass and Ahi Tuna. As someone who normally doesn't like seafood, I was surprised by how good the texture the sea bass had, like butter it melts on my tongue. I liked the Ahi Tuna more, it had a perfect portion of seasoning. I suggest dipping the raw parts in the sauce (preferably their white wine butter sauce) if you don't like the faint fishy taste. The cooked part doesn't need the sauce, it tastes perfect on its own. The front desk and the servers were really considerate, as this was our first time being here. They were polite, patient, and understanding. We were also allowed to leave and take some pictures as we were waiting for the dishes. We sat at the very back, next to the windows, the vibe was so good it feels like we were in a movie. Overall I really like the experience we had there, will come visit again.
